We systematically study criteria such as management compensation policy, carbon intensity and staff turnover. Particular attention is paid to assessing the severity of controversies. An ongoing shareholder dialogue is conducted with companies.
From our actions stems the Commitment
We vote at 100% of general meetings and publish regular transparency reports. Kirao is also a UNPRI signatory and has joined the CDP (formerly Carbon Disclosure Project). Our funds aim to have higher ratings than the average indicator for their investment universe.
