Our teams are our main asset and the reflection of our philosophy. In doing so, Kirao pays special attention to their diversity and well-being. Our teams benefit from working conditions that we strive to maintain at a high level (adequate equipment on site and in telecommuting, catering, sports classes…). Training is also at the heart of our concerns, with several training courses leading to a diploma being offered to our teams.
Since the creation of Kirao, our individual sensibilities have placed eco-responsibility at the center of our concerns. Kirao pays particular attention to its impact, whether through the choice of its suppliers, the recycling of its waste or the support given to local suppliers.
